What we need right now
- Accessibility and mobile polish
- Clearer copy and better empty states
- Help on Sane Finance, Arron, games and the journal
- Documentation and tests for the functions
- Anything that keeps sanctuary free, private and safe
Rules that never move
- Crisis numbers (Samaritans 116 123 and SHOUT 85258) stay visible and working
- No private journals or user data in commits or logs
- Forget Me must keep working
- Sanctuary features stay free — no paywalls
- Evolution, Not Erasure — build on what serves, do not erase it
