HOW TO PLAY

Beat the top discard: played cards must be equal or higher rank (2 low, Ace high). Same rank is allowed — play doubles / triples.
2 is wild — play it on anything and the pile resets (next player can play anything).
10 burns the whole pile (playable on anything). Playing four of the same rank in one turn also burns the pile.
Can't (or won't) play? Tap Pick up pile — the whole discard pile goes into your hand.
After playing, draw back up to 3 hand cards until the deck runs out.
No hand left? Play your 3 face-up table cards. Then flip your face-down blind cards one at a time — if a blind card can't be played, you pick up the pile.
First to shed every card wins. Last player holding cards is the Shed (aka Shithead).
