If the founder is not here
The live site, the code, and the safety lines are meant to keep working. Talk, the journal, the games, the feed, and Arron stay free. No paywall is added to them.
The real copy of the house is on GitHub: pleadingSanity/pleadingsanity. Netlify hosts the live site from that repository. Anyone with access can keep the pages running and push updates.
Domains need renewing. pleadingsanity.co.uk is the primary address. The registrar (currently Fasthosts for the .uk names) must be paid so the names stay pointed at Netlify DNS. If a domain lapses, the Netlify address and the installed app still hold what was already saved.
Safety lines do not depend on this site: Samaritans 116 123 and SHOUT 85258 stay open regardless.
Where the money goes
Talk, journal, games, the feed and Arron are free. We aim to run on free tiers. Domain and any other costs are paid by the owner.

Optional clothing purchases, voluntary support and suitable partnerships can help sustain this work. The core stays free. Visits or downloads alone are not income.
Money received is not the same as money available to reinvest. Product costs, fulfilment, payment fees, refunds, running costs and applicable taxes must be accounted for first. The aim is to put most remaining surplus back into improving the house; no fixed allocation or audited financial total is claimed here.
No donation checkout, Gift Aid claim or donor-only prize draw is currently offered on this page. Any future prize needs its own published rules; giving support must not secretly buy better odds. Prize-draw guidance.
Personal thank-yous and social contact are optional and arranged privately with Shane. Supporters are not publicly named without permission.
