You do not have to be suicidal to contact them.
A place to start
You don't have to be in crisis to reach out. You don't need perfect words or a reason that sounds big enough. You deserve to be heard today — and to have somewhere that can still be there next month.
These options are free to contact. Some services have their own eligibility, opening arrangements or waiting lists; you do not need to pay Pleading Sanity or buy anything here.
You can reach out even if you cannot explain everything neatly. You do not have to wait until things get worse.
