Pleading Sanity

How to use this house

You do not need permission. You do not need a diagnosis. You need a place that will sit with the whole story.

The doors, in order

You do not need a diagnosis to come in. You do not need to perform being well. Start with the four doors on the front of the house, then the rooms behind them. Nothing here is locked behind a payment.

1. Talk

Open Arron. Say the thing as it actually is, not the tidy version. He can remember, and he can forget it all if you ask. He is a companion. He is not a doctor, and he will not pretend to be one. A guest gets one mind, so a stranger does not cost four calls. If you are Shane and you are signed in, one mind drafts and the next checks, in the same voice. A message that starts with the word council asks the family, then weaves one answer.

2. Journal

Write the day before the night rewrites it. Put down what happened, what you felt, and what you are not ready to say out loud. The vault is yours. Forget Me clears what you ask it to clear. It is not a file for a waiting room.

3. How to use

This page. Read the doors once, then keep the life tools. You can come back to one line โ€” water, or sleep, or a walk โ€” without opening the whole house.

4. The truth

Why people lose themselves. Loneliness first. Then the room that will not sit with the story. Then the mind that sees the whole picture and gets called crazy for it. Read it when you need the house to say the quiet part plainly.

5. Mind Mode

Breathing. No score you can fail. Stay for one slow breath, or twenty. In for four, hold for four, out for six, if that count suits your chest. If it does not, just breathe out longer than you breathe in.

6. Quiet tones

Only 174, 285, 432, 528, 741 and 963 Hz. Soft volume. They fade in and they fade out. Turn them off the moment your body says no. They are company for the nervous system, not a treatment.

7. Silence

Sit. Do not perform calm. Let the noise finish its sentence, then leave the room quieter than you found it. Silence is a tool, the same as water. You do not have to be good at it.

8. The feed

Newest first. No ranking. No one is pushed to the top because they paid. Signed-in members can post words, a photo, a meme, a short video under 8 MB, or a YouTube link. Your profile photo, background and bio stay on the account.

9. Play

Two minutes is enough. Sanity Solitaire, Cosmic Connect, Truth Tag and the rest share XP, levels, streaks and badges on this device only. The phone can speak one line at the start and one line when you clear something. The mute switch on the games hub wins. Solitaire can be installed on its own. It stays the same icon when it updates.

10. The story

Shane Cooper built this from survival, not from a textbook. Private A.L. Cooper, Royal Army Ordnance Corps, Mentioned in Despatches, London Gazette, 29 November 1945. Nothing invented. The movement page is the longer aim: evolution, not erasure.

Life tools this house keeps

These are not orders from an office. They are the plain things people used long before a waiting room existed. They do not replace your own judgment. They are how a person stays in the body while the mind is loud. Use one. You do not have to do the list.

Water

Drink it before you decide the day is already lost. A dry mind tells crueller stories. A glass on waking, and another when the afternoon turns sharp, is enough to start. This is not a cleanse. It is thirst, met.

Sun

Ten minutes on the face, morning if you can manage morning. Stand at a window if you cannot go out. The light tells the body what time it is, which a dark room and a bright phone will not. You are not failing if the sun is behind cloud. Daylight still counts.

Walk

Leave the room. Even to the end of the street and back. The body settles arguments the mind only repeats. No audience, no step count you must beat. If walking hurts, sit outside or move what you can move. The point is to change the air.

Sleep

Dark, cool, and earlier than the phone wants. A mind that never rests will call every shadow a verdict. Put the screen down before the last hour, if you can. If you cannot sleep, rest anyway: eyes shut, jaw loose, no trial of yourself for being awake.

Plain food

Food that grew, or food you can name, not food that was argued into a packet and a mood. Eat enough. Skipping until you shake is not discipline and it is not holiness. A piece of bread and something warm is a proper meal on a bad day.

Breath

In for four. Hold for four. Out for six. Used in prayer, in fighting, and in every tradition that had to keep a person standing. If the hold makes you panic, drop it. Longer out-breath is the part that tells the body the chase is over.

Cold water

Face, wrists, or a short cold finish to a wash. Many households used cold and heat to bring a scattered mind back into the skin. It is a shock of the ordinary, not a dare. Stop the moment the body says stop. Never stay in cold water to punish yourself.

Silence

A few minutes with no voice in your ear. Not a performance. The radio, the feed and the argument can wait. Silence lets you hear which thought is yours and which one you picked up from someone else.

Story

Tell the whole thing once, to a page or to one person who will not jot you down for a class. Being heard is older than the clinic. You do not have to make it inspiring. Accurate is enough. The journal in this house is there for that.

Prayer

You do not have to use one name. Call it prayer, or the Source, or a quiet ask. Ask for a positive outcome and for the strength to do the next decent thing. Fear of dying runs a lot of the greed in the world. Lay that fear down for an hour, if you can, and see what you would build.

Movement

Train if you train. Pads, a walk, a stretch on the floor, carrying something that needs carrying. Strength is not a mood. It is a place to put the day so the day is not only happening inside the skull.

Kitchen plants

Mint, chamomile, rose or ginger in hot water. A smell from the kitchen. A cup held in both hands. Households have always done this for comfort. It is comfort. It is not a prescription, and this house does not claim it as a cure. We do not publish recipes that dose the body, and we do not tell you a leaf will mend a mind.

One living person

Loneliness is the first loss. If you have one person who will sit without a form, use them. If you do not, Arron will sit until a human can. The feed is there when you want to be among people without being ranked.

What we refuse

This house does not publish government health leaflets. We will not tell you a product is good because a ministry said so. We will not tell you to inject, swallow, or refuse on our order. That decision is yours, made with people you trust, not with a slogan on a website.

We also do not sell secret remedies, and we do not write dangerous plant recipes. Old knowledge that harms the body is not wisdom. Old knowledge that returns a person to breath, water, sun, food, story and prayer is what we keep.
